Othello
Othello, often also called Reversi, can be traced back to ancient Chinese roots until it was made popular in the West in the late 19th century. The object of the game is to have more pieces than your oponent. The game starts out with two pieces per player in the middle of the squares. Basically, with each move each player adds a piece while trying to eliminate one or more opponent's pieces. It is not difficult to play, while not easy to master, there's a lot of strategy involved.
