Artisan Relations Assistant (male/female) - Position Filled

The position supports the artisan relations manager in day-to-day relations with our village based craftswomen and craftsmen. It works closely together with the product packaging team and the customer service manager.

The position entails conveying customer orders to our artisans, periodic follow-up on production, adherence to quality standards, assuring agreed-upon timely and correct availability of products. Together with management, the position also supports artisans in product development, diversifying product design, improving production work flows and finding solutions to environmental and other technical issues whenever needed.

Foremost job qualification is your social and team working skill in achieving positive results with a very diverse set of actors, including the standards set by customer requirements. You have an ability to anticipate problems before they occur and be ready with solutions when they do. You are able to stay organised at all times, have an inclination for product design and are a fast learner in technical matters. Your have a preference for a rural type of atmosphere and are interested in conserving the natural environment. Ideally, you speak northern Thai dialect and speak at minimum basic English. You are able to work with and communicate by computer and drive a motorbike and car.

You have a vocational or bachelor's degree, or higher, in any field related to the above job profile.

Communication Technology Assistant (male/female) - Position Filled

The position supports the technical manager in photography, image processing, computer and local area network maintenance and web design.

Foremost job qualifications are your ability for team work and your technical skills in achieving results in image processing, supporting web design and computer & software maintenance and safety. Knowledge of photography and/or html/php coding is a plus. You have a knack for working with computers and understand how most user software applications tick, and are able to effectively assist and explain technical matters to the team. You are able keep your work organised at all times. You have a preference for a rural type of atmosphere and are interested in conserving the natural environment. You speak Thai and at minimum basic English. You can drive a motorbike or a car.

You have a vocational or bachelor's degree, or higher, in any field related to the above job profile.
