They are ideal for sale in motorbike shops, motorbike parts and supplies shops as low cost, yet exquisite supplemental items related to motorbikes and motorbike sports. They are also good revenue generators in retail novelty departments, gift departments and gift shops.
Wholesale Wire Art Motorbikes - Product and Manufacture Details
Materials:	Steel wire, plastic linings, plastic (shiny) or rubber (matte) tires, artificial leather seats (some materials vary among models).
Colors:	Black, blue, green, red, violet, white, natural (clear, steel color)
Sizes:	Four size categories: A, B, C, D, E (Jumbo size E is not shown). Prices vary within size categories.
Options:	Leather /vinyl seats, saddle bags, other options.
Manufature Time:	As all our items, these motorbikes are made to order. Manufactuing time for 200 pieces is about 10-14 days. Current capacity is about 1,000 - 1,500 pieces/month. Increase is possible with sufficient lead time.
Variability:	Each bike is hand crafted. There may be slight variations among individual motorbikes within a model line.
Wholesale Wire Art Motorbikes - Packaging, Price & Shipping Details
Item Packaging:	Items are individually wrapped in a protective plastic bag.
Carton Packaging:	Standard multiply carton box. Box dimensions may vary from specifications below. Wire art motorbikes can be crosspacked among models. They can also be cross packed with most of our other items.
Ships:	Ex Works. Place of origin: Thailand.
Price:	Samples prices below are listed Ex Workshop northern Thailand without shipping cost, including packaging, handling and export documentation. Please contact us for other quantities. Prices are subject to change.
Minimum Order:	Wire art motorbikes do not have an MOQ. Quantites up to 50 pieces are available at retail sample prices. If we do not have a distributor/importer in your area, we will ship small quanitities. As most of the motocycles are lightweight, they can be shipped by postals mail. Contact, us.
Volume/Weight:	1 CBM holds for example approximately 250 pieces of assorted models category A, B, C, with approximate gross weight 121 kg, dimensional weight 159 kg, packaged for export.
Cross-Packing:	Depending on shipping method, shipping cost efficiency can be raised by packing hollow spaces of boxes with smaller other products. In the above volume/weight example of 1 CBM assorted models, for sea freight all available hollow spaces can be filled without additional shipping cost, for air freight/courier another 38 kg of small items can be packed in hollow spaces without additional shipping costs. Please let us know if you like us make recommendations on cross-packing items.
Shipping:	Ships Ex Workshop from northern Thailand. Sample shipping recommended by courier, quantity shipping by sea freight. We can prepare a detailed shipping quote based on your preferred quantity.
